Delete data
The apps listed here create no account: there is no identifier and no server record; all content and progress live on the device. You delete them yourself, without involving us. Where an app offers purchases, there is also order data from Google Play and sales reports from the App Store — they are not stored on the device and do not disappear when you uninstall.

How to delete your data
Android
- Clear the app data: in the Android settings under “Apps” select the app, then “Storage” and “Clear data”. The app stays installed and starts as it did the first time.
- Or uninstall the app. Android removes the stored data along with it.
iOS
- Delete the app: in “Settings” → “General” → “iPhone Storage” select the app, then “Delete App”. “Offload App” is not enough: it keeps the data.
- Or hold the app icon and choose “Remove App” → “Delete App”. iOS removes the stored data along with it.
What gets deleted
Both routes remove everything the app has stored — progress, favourites, profiles and settings. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What remains stored afterwards
Nothing remains on the device. For NurStory, however, Google Play provides us with order data and the App Store with sales reports for billing and bookkeeping; these do not disappear when you uninstall. How long they are kept is stated in the app’s Privacy Policy under “Retention period”.
For the order data, you have the rights of access and erasure, insofar as no statutory retention obligation precludes this. The identifier in the sales reports from the App Store cannot be attributed to any person by us; access or erasure is possible there only if you provide us with information that allows attribution (Art. 11 GDPR).
