Scope
This policy applies to the websites nurharun.com and nurharun.ch. The apps have their own privacy policies:
Hosting
The website is hosted by Kreativ Media GmbH in Switzerland. It operates the server on our behalf and processes the data described below in doing so.
Server log files
With every request, the web server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, the address requested, status code and amount of data transferred, the previously visited page and the browser identifier. We need this information for operation, troubleshooting and defending against attacks. We do not create any analysis or statistics from it.
The log files are archived monthly; the server keeps the archives of the last 12 months and deletes older ones automatically.
No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party content; the fonts, too, come from our own server. Links to Google Play, the App Store or PayPal are ordinary links. Only when you follow one of them does the respective provider process data under its own terms.
Only if part of a page is missing after the website has been updated does it reload the page once, and for that it remembers the requested address and the time in your browser (session storage) so that it does not end up in a loop. The entry disappears when you close the tab.

Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Insofar as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the legal bases stated here are those under the GDPR.
The server log files are based on our legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU.
